Business Developer — Baltics & Nordics
Posizione da dipendente a Tallinn, in sede: apre il mercato baltico e nordico e porta in azienda contributi pubblici, acceleratori e investitori. Annuncio in inglese.
Questo annuncio è in inglese: la posizione è in Estonia e l'inglese è la lingua di lavoro delle aziende di lì.
Candidati a questa posizioneAbout us
Hundredjack OÜ is an Estonian company building digital products for dentistry. Our B2B platform, Dentra, does the digital design work behind dental restorations for clinics and laboratories across Europe; production is carried out by partner laboratories. We are small, we ship fast, and we are opening the Baltic and Nordic market now.
The role
You will open the Baltic and Nordic market for us, and you will own everything that brings non-dilutive money into the company: national grants, public support measures, accelerators, and the first contact with investors. It is one job with two halves — you sell, and you fund. We are looking for someone who wants both, not one.
What you will do
- Own the funding calendar: which measures are open, which we qualify for, which we should ignore, and when each window closes.
- Run pre-consultations and keep the relationship with the agencies and regional development centres that assess our applications.
- Prepare application files together with our Estonian consultant, and carry each one through to reporting — not just to submission.
- Guard the de minimis ceiling across every measure we use.
- Find accelerators and investors worth our time, make the first approach, and keep the pipeline moving.
- Do business development on the Baltic and Nordic market: clinics, laboratories, distribution partners.
What we need
- You live in Estonia and you work from here. This one is not negotiable.
- Estonian at working level. Applications are assessed in Estonian, and so are the conversations that precede them.
- You have taken at least one public funding application from the first form to the final report, and you can tell us what arrived and when.
- You are comfortable with reporting and deadlines. Half of this job is administrative rigour, and we would rather you know that before you apply.
- You have opened a commercial relationship yourself — a client, a distributor, a partner — and you can name it.
- English at working level, for us.
Nice to have
- You have worked inside an agency that awards public funding, or inside an accelerator.
- You know the Estonian angel scene from the inside.
- You have sold into dentistry, medical devices, or another regulated field.
What we offer
- A role with no layer above you on this work: you decide where the money is chased and you carry it.
- Direct work with the founders — no committee between you and a decision.
- Budget for the external specialists you need, including the Estonian consultant who drafts with you.
- A company that already has a product in the market and paying customers, not a slide deck.
How to apply
Fill in the form below. Attach your CV and, instead of a cover letter, use the message field for one page answering a single question: which funding measure should we apply for first, and why that one. We read those answers before the CVs.
