Dental CAD/CAM designer
Work remotely on the digital design of dental restorations, at your own pace and with your own tools. It starts with a practical test of about thirty minutes.
Apply for this roleWe are looking for dental technicians who design digitally and want it as their main craft, not as a fallback. You work from where you are, on real cases from the laboratories that commission us, alongside people who worked the bench before they worked CAD.
What you will do
- Design crowns, bridges, implant structures and plates, following the case prescription
- Work from the client's scanner files and deliver a design ready for production
- Talk to our dental technicians about the cases that don't add up, instead of guessing
- Get a review on what you deliver — that is how you move up a level
What we need
- Real experience with dental CAD software — Exocad, 3Shape or equivalent
- You know what happens to the piece after the design: milling, printing, lab steps
- A decent connection and a computer that can handle 3D files
- Italian to discuss cases; English helps but is not required
How the collaboration works
- You are a self-employed collaborator, not an employee: you choose how much work to take
- You are paid per delivered job, with the rates visible before you accept
- Deliver well and on time and you move up a tier, and tiers affect what you earn
- If you would rather learn side by side, we arrange on-site periods
The practical test
Before collaborating there is a practical test: you download a real case, design it and upload it back. It takes about half an hour and has no time limit — the link reaches you by email and your work stays saved, so you can stop and resume whenever you want. It tells us how you work, and tells you whether you like the job.
How to apply
Fill in the form choosing «I'm a professional». The practical test link reaches you by email straight away, and from there you can take the time you need.
