The programme for external collaborators is paused: right now we are not taking on new remote designers. We are looking for on-site technicians in our lab in Valdagno, Italy.
When the programme reopens, this is how it works: you receive design jobs in your area, complete them with your own software and get paid per job, with transparent earnings on every single one. You decide your hours and workload.
How it works
From proposal to payout
No office, no commute. Whoever is in the programme receives design orders directly in their area, and decides the rest. Today the only way in is on site: the open positions are on Careers.
On-site positionsAvailable jobs
Design proposals with work type, compensation and deadline upfront. Choose which ones to accept based on your availability.
Design your way
Use the dental CAD software you know, on your own hours and from your own space. You stay in control of your time and workload.
Get paid
Transparent earnings: you see the compensation for each job before accepting it. The better and faster you are, the more orders you get and the more you earn.
Growth system
The better you are, the more work you get
The system automatically evaluates quality, punctuality and consistency to ensure fairness and meritocracy. Move up levels and unlock better jobs and peer review.
Bronze
The start of the journey. Every job goes through the team's review.
Silver
After 20 consecutive jobs without revisions: most of your work is reviewed by colleagues, no longer only by the team.
Gold
After 50 consecutive jobs without revisions: almost all jobs approved automatically and access to peer review as a reviewer, for extra compensation.
