Security at every layer
Protected data
Information travels encrypted. The database is encrypted on disk, and patient identity gets an extra layer of encryption: whoever works on the case only sees a code.
Infrastructure in Europe
Our main infrastructure is in the European Union: the database in Ireland, files in Germany. Some accessory services, such as sending emails and WhatsApp, use providers outside the EU, with GDPR safeguards: the list is in the privacy policy.

Multi-factor authentication and logged access.
Privacy by design
GDPR-compliant: DPO appointed, records kept and rights guaranteed.
Compliant supply chain
Prescription and design compliant with MDR 2017/745 requirements; production takes place at laboratories registered with the Italian Ministry of Health.
Transparent AI
AI assists but does not decide or design. AI-generated images carry an “AI” mark, visible on each image.

If something goes wrong, we act immediately
We have defined procedures to detect, log and handle any possible data breach.
Detection & log
Every suspicious event is assessed and recorded in a dedicated register.
Notifying authorities
For a significant breach, we notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours, as required by the regulation.
Informing you
If the breach may put you at high risk, we inform you without undue delay.
Corrective measures
We act to contain the impact and prevent it from happening again.
