What it is
A whole arch screwed onto implants
The Toronto Bridge is a fixed full-arch prosthesis screwed onto several implants: it replaces all the teeth of one arch. We design it on the implant positions you give us, with a custom internal bar if you want one.
Practices with an intraoral scanner
You scan in the practice, send the files and receive the design, to produce in-house or at your lab.
Labs without a CAD department
You handle milling and finishing; we do the full-arch design, with no fixed costs.
Anyone with a peak in workload
A full-arch takes hours of design: hand it to us and keep your bench free for the rest.
What you send
The files we need
The more complete the material, the fewer steps it takes. If something essential is missing, the order waits and the turnaround does not start until the file arrives.
Upper and lower arch
Both scans are needed to send the order: STL, OBJ or PLY, from an intraoral or desktop scanner.
The scan with scan bodies
This is the one that tells us where the implants are. The order form has a dedicated place for it.
The system of each implant
In the order notes, write the brand and model of each implant; add diameter or connection if needed.
Bite, photos and CBCT, if you have them
The bite registration and photos help with height and aesthetics; upload the CBCT as a .zip or .rar archive.

Structure, materials and review
On the price list we design the Toronto in PMMA or zirconia: you choose the material in the order. The price is the same for every material.
On as many implants as you need
The price is per arch and does not depend on the number of implants: four, five, six or more.
A 3D preview before delivery
When the design is ready you view it in 3D and have 24 hours, counting weekdays only, to approve it or ask for a free change.
The file for your production
You download it from the order, ready for milling or printing: you or the lab you work with produce it.

Prices exclude VAT. On the invoice, VAT follows your country and your VAT number: with a VAT number in another EU country the reverse charge applies, in Estonia Estonian VAT is charged, and outside the EU the invoice is outside the scope of VAT.

Is the Toronto priced per unit or per arch?
Per arch: €250, whatever the number of implants or teeth. If you design the upper and lower arch, that is two arches.
Which implant systems do you design on?
On the systems in our catalogue: in the order notes, write the brand and model of each implant. If yours is missing, write to [email protected] before ordering.
Which materials do you design it in?
On the price list, PMMA or zirconia. Choose the material in the order; for other needs, write it in the notes.
How long does the file take?
24 working hours, about 3 working days. If you need it sooner, pick an earlier date, with a variable surcharge up to +30%.
Do you need a CBCT?
It is not required for the Toronto: the scans with scan bodies are what count. If you have one, upload it in the order as a .zip or .rar archive.
Do you also produce the prosthesis?
No: Dentra designs and delivers the file. You mill or print it yourself, or the lab you work with does.
