What is included
What you pay for, and what you don't
Design done by a person
Every file is designed by a technician, and you check it yourself in 3D before approving it.
One free change
When the design is ready you have 24 hours, counting weekdays only, to approve it or ask for a change at no cost.
A production-ready file
You download it from the order, ready for milling or 3D printing in your own workflow.
Production is not included
Milling, printing, ceramic layering and shipping are not part of the price: Dentra designs, and you or the lab you work with produce.
Turnaround
When the file arrives
Standard turnaround is 24 working hours, about 3 working days: evenings, weekends and public holidays do not count.
Earlier delivery
If you need it sooner, pick an earlier date: the surcharge varies, up to +30%, and you see it in the summary before you confirm.
When the clock stops
The count pauses when something is missing on your side, for example a scan or a reply in the order chat.
AIPayment
How you pay
One invoice a month
All the month's orders on a single invoice, collected automatically from your account by SEPA direct debit.
Volume discount
If you sign up yourself, on the total ordered in the month: 5% from €1,000, 10% from €2,500, 15% from €5,000.
VAT
Prices exclude VAT. On the invoice, VAT follows your country and your VAT number: with a VAT number in another EU country the reverse charge applies, in Estonia Estonian VAT is charged, and outside the EU the invoice is outside the scope of VAT. Invoices are issued by Hundredjack OÜ, a company based in Estonia.
Questions about prices
How much does it cost to design a crown?
€25 per tooth. In a bridge, each unit counts as one tooth. The file arrives within 24 working hours.
Is a Toronto Bridge priced per unit or per arch?
Per arch: €250, whatever the number of implants or teeth. If you design the upper and the lower arch, that is two arches.
Is production included in the price?
No. You pay for the design and receive the file: you mill or print it yourself, or the lab you work with does.
How much does earlier delivery cost?
The surcharge varies, up to +30% on the total, depending on how far you bring the date forward from the standard 24 working hours. You see it in the summary before you confirm.
