What it is
The guide that takes the drill where you decided
A surgical guide rests on the teeth or the mucosa and guides the drill to the position, angle and depth decided before surgery. It is designed by combining the CBCT, which shows the bone, with the intraoral scan, which shows teeth and gingiva.
Practices doing guided surgery
You have the CBCT and the scanner but no planning software: we design the guide.
Practices with a 3D printer
You receive the file designed for 3D printing in resin and produce the guide in-house.
Dental labs

If something essential is missing, the order waits and the turnaround does not start until the file arrives.
The patient's CBCT
It is what shows the bone, and a guide cannot do without it. Upload it in the order as a .zip or .rar archive.
Upper and lower arch
Both scans are needed to send the order: STL, OBJ or PLY, from an intraoral or desktop scanner.
Implants and surgical kit
In the order notes, write the teeth to replace, the brand and model of each implant, and the surgical kit and sleeves you use.
Your planning, if you have it
If you have already decided implant position, diameter and length, write it in the notes or attach it as an additional file.

The guide is designed for 3D printing in resin: print it on your own printer or have the lab you work with print it.
One guide per arch
The price is per arch and does not depend on how many implants the guide has to lead.
A 3D preview before delivery
When the design is ready you view it in 3D and have 24 hours, counting weekdays only, to approve it or ask for a free change.
The clinical decision stays with you
You check the design before printing it and, if something does not convince you, ask for the change: decisions about the surgery belong to the clinician.

Prices exclude VAT. On the invoice, VAT follows your country and your VAT number: with a VAT number in another EU country the reverse charge applies, in Estonia Estonian VAT is charged, and outside the EU the invoice is outside the scope of VAT.

View the design in 3D, approve it or ask for the change, and download the file to print.

How much does surgical guide design cost?
€150 per arch, whatever the number of implants. The price covers design only: printing is not included.
Do you need the CBCT?
Yes. The guide is designed on the bone, and the bone only shows in the CBCT: upload it in the order as a .zip or .rar archive together with the scans of both arches.
Who prints the guide?
