Production with CAM Dental Technicians
On request, you order the finished work without leaving Dentra Core: CAM Dental Technicians makes it, ships it and invoices you for it.
What it is
Dentra doesn't manufacture: it designs digitally. If you also need the finished work, you can order it inside Dentra Core from CAM Dental Technicians, an independent Italian dental lab and our partner lab. The lab is the manufacturer of the device: it makes it, ships it to you with its declaration of conformity and sends you its own invoice directly.
Production is switched on on request: the Dentra team turns it on for your account. To ask for it, write to [email protected]. Until it's on, you don't see anything about production in the new order. Outside Italy the lab decides case by case.

Who invoices you
- The design is invoiced by Dentra, on the end-of-month invoice, as always: see invoices and payments.
- Production and shipping are invoiced by CAM Dental Technicians, which sends you its own invoice directly: they're never on Dentra's invoice.
If you only order production, with “I already have the design”, you pay Dentra nothing for that order.

Declaration of conformity
CAM Dental Technicians, as the manufacturer of the device, draws up the declaration of conformity under the EU Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and gives it to you together with the work. Dentra doesn't issue it, and you won't find it on the order page.
