Getting help

A question about an order, a doubt about how something works, something that isn't right: here's where to write to us, case by case.

Who to ask

You need	Where
An answer about one of your orders	In the order messages: the answer stays with the case. See the messages.
To understand how something works	Dentra AI, the virtual assistant, at the bottom right of the app. Or this guide and the frequently asked questions.
To tell us something isn't working	“Report”, next to Dentra AI: you send us the screen and what happened.
To talk to a person	WhatsApp, or an email to [email protected].

At the bottom right of the app pages there are two circles. The one in front is Dentra AI: press it and “Chat with Dentra AI” opens. You ask it about your orders, your invoices and how Dentra works, and it answers straight away.

The answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. For a decision about an order, or if you need a person, write to us in the order messages or at [email protected].

If you only see part of the two circles at the edge of the screen, press it and they come back out. Until you've answered “Before you start, tell us who you are”, the circles don't appear.

Reporting a problem

Open “Report”
It's the circle behind Dentra AI. On a computer move the mouse over the circles, on a phone tap them: “Report” appears. Press it.

Show us where
We capture the screen you're looking at. Click the screen to drop a marker where the problem is. If the capture fails, describe the problem anyway.

Describe and send
In “Describe the problem” write what isn't working and what you were doing, then press “Send report”.

WhatsApp and email

On WhatsApp Dentra AI answers first and hands the conversation to a person when needed. The link is in your account, on the “Notifications” tab: press “Chat with Dentra”.

For everything else write to [email protected]. For your personal data and privacy write to [email protected].
