Clinical preferences
Set how you like your work just once: we see your preferences on every order, so you don't have to write them again each time.
What they are
Clinical preferences are your working standards: how you want the model base, the die, the articulator, the gingiva, the thicknesses and the compression. The designer sees them before starting each of your jobs.
Anything you leave empty we do to our own standards. For a special case, write your instructions in the order notes.
How to set them

Open Clinical preferences
From the Dentra Core menu, under Practice.

Answer the questions
Choose from the suggested answers or enter the value. Fill in only what matters to you.

No need to save
Every answer saves by itself: “Saved” appears at the top, with the count of preferences set.
Essentials or all options
At first you see the main preferences, in Essentials. All options also shows the technical parameters, such as the margin preparation and the inner parts of the crown. The inner parts are set for each type of work: crown, bridge, inlay or onlay, veneer, implant crown.
In the Library and thicknesses section you can also upload a library file with “Upload a library file”.
