Prices and turnaround
You only pay for the work you order, according to the price list. You see the price before confirming.
The price list
In Price list you'll find the design price for each type of work, per tooth or per arch, and the delivery time in hours. With “Search for a work type” you find what you need straight away. Prices are always up to date.
If your account has a discount, you'll see it at the top of the price list.
Delivery times
In the price list, standard delivery is given in working hours: every 8 hours make one working day, Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays. The count starts when you confirm the order, and you can read the estimated date in the summary before confirming. Standard delivery is included in the price.
If the team asks you a question without which the work can't go on, the order is on hold until you answer and the delivery date moves forward by the same time. See messages.
If you need it sooner, at the order summary in “When do you need it?” choose a closer day and the time slot: same day, by midday or by end of day. Sooner costs more, and you see the surcharge in the total before confirming.
The quote in the order
While you fill in the order, the item estimate is shown at the bottom. At the summary you'll find the total: the work, any express delivery, File Check if you chose it, and discounts. The total excludes VAT: the invoice adds VAT according to your country.

How much does design cost?
Some examples from the price list, excluding VAT: crown or bridge €25 per element, veneer €30 per element, Toronto €250 per arch, full denture €200 per arch, partial denture €60 per arch, surgical guide €150 per arch, MAD €100 per arch, occlusal splint €50 per arch, custom tray €25 per arch, study model €10 per arch. Are there fixed costs or subscriptions?
No. Signing up is free and with Dentra Core you only pay for orders. The only paid, optional extras are Dentra Viewer PRO and the Oralsnap plans.
Does the study model cost more if there are many implants?
Yes: it costs €10 up to 2 implants and €15 above 2, counting all the implants in the job.
Is the Toronto priced per implant?
No, it's priced per arch, whatever the number of implants. Upper and lower are two arches.
